Privacy Policy — Professional of Badminton

Professional of Badminton is a reservation app for a single badminton academy in Amman, Jordan. This policy describes exactly what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed.
We collect the minimum needed to run the sessions. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no advertising identifier of any kind.
What we collect
When you create an account

When you use the app

When something goes wrong
If the app crashes, a crash report is sent to Sentry. It contains the technical details of the failure — what code failed and on which model of phone. It does not contain your name, your email, your phone number, a screenshot of what you were looking at, or the contents of any screen.
What we do not collect
- Location, at any time
- Contacts, calendar, microphone, or any photo other than a CliQ screenshot you choose to attach
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) — the app requests none and contains no advertising SDK
- Analytics of any kind. There is no analytics SDK in the app
- Your activity anywhere outside this app
Who can see it
- You see your own reservations, your own credits, and your own details.
- The coach and the academy's admins see the reservation list, payments, balances and skill levels. This is the academy's own record-keeping.
- Other players see only what your visibility setting allows: nothing about other attendees, or their skill levels, or their skill levels and names. The coach sets this. It never reveals a phone number or an email address to another player.
Who processes it for us
These providers hold data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

How long we keep it
- CliQ screenshots are deleted automatically 365 days after upload. Long enough for any dispute about a transfer, and no longer.
- Reservations, payments and credit history are kept as the academy's financial record.
- Your account is kept until you delete it.
Deleting your account
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete my account. You will be asked to type a word to confirm, because it cannot be undone.
When you delete your account:
- Every reservation you hold for a future session is cancelled, and any credit those reservations used is returned.
- Your name, email address and phone number are removed from our records.
- Your notification tokens and your CliQ screenshots are deleted.
- Your sign-in is destroyed. You cannot sign in again with that account.
- Past reservations and payment records remain, without your name attached, so the academy's accounts for past months still add up.
Deleting your account does not settle money you owe the coach, and does not create money owed to you. That remains between you and him.
Your rights
Write to the academy on WhatsApp — the number is in the app on almost every screen — to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will answer within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and post an announcement in the app.
