Delete your account — Professional of Badminton

This page explains how to request deletion of your Professional of Badminton account and the data attached to it, and exactly what is removed and what is kept.

How to delete your account from the app

Open the Professional of Badminton app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete my account.
Type the confirmation word you are shown, because this cannot be undone.

The account is deleted immediately. There is no waiting period and no further confirmation by email.

If you cannot open the app

If you have lost access to your account or removed the app, message the academy on WhatsApp at +962 79 284 1696 from the phone number on the account and ask for the account to be deleted. We will answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and phone number are removed from our records.
Your notification tokens and your CliQ transfer screenshots are deleted.
Your sign-in is destroyed. You cannot sign in again with that account.
Every reservation you hold for a future session is cancelled, and any credit those reservations used is returned.

What is kept, and for how long

Past reservations and payment records	Kept indefinitely, without your name attached	So the academy's accounts for past months still add up
CliQ transfer screenshots	Deleted with the account. Otherwise deleted automatically 365 days after upload	Long enough for any dispute about a transfer, and no longer
Crash reports (Sentry)	Contain no name, email, phone number or screen contents	Nothing personal to delete

Deleting your account does not settle money you owe the coach, and does not create money owed to you. That remains between you and him.

كيف تحذف حسابك من التطبيق

افتح تطبيق Professional of Badminton وسجّل الدخول.
ادخل إلى الملف الشخصي.
اضغط احذف حسابي.
اكتب كلمة التأكيد التي تظهر لك، لأن هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه.

يُحذف الحساب فورًا. لا توجد مدة انتظار ولا تأكيد إضافي عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

إذا لم تستطع فتح التطبيق

إذا فقدت الوصول إلى حسابك أو حذفت التطبيق، راسل الأكاديمية على واتساب على الرقم +962 79 284 1696 من رقم الهاتف المسجّل في الحساب واطلب حذف الحساب. سنردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُزال اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك من سجلاتنا.
تُحذف رموز الإشعارات وصور كليك الخاصة بك.
يُلغى تسجيل دخولك. لن تستطيع الدخول بذلك الحساب مرة أخرى.
تُلغى كل حجوزاتك في الجلسات القادمة، وتُعاد أي أرصدة استُخدمت فيها.

ما الذي يبقى، ولكم من الوقت

البيانات	المدة	السبب
الحجوزات والمدفوعات السابقة	تبقى دون حدّ زمني، ودون اسمك	لتبقى حسابات الأكاديمية للأشهر الماضية متّزنة
صور تحويلات كليك	تُحذف مع الحساب. وإلا فتُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ٣٦٥ يومًا من رفعها	مدة تكفي لأي خلاف حول تحويل، ولا تزيد
تقارير الأعطال (Sentry)	لا تحتوي اسمًا ولا بريدًا ولا رقم هاتف ولا محتوى أي شاشة	لا يوجد ما هو شخصي لحذفه

حذف الحساب لا يسوّي مبلغًا مستحقًا عليك للكابتن، ولا ينشئ مبلغًا مستحقًا لك. يبقى ذلك بينك وبينه.
